We are always glad to see the families with children. Please be aware that one child up to 10 years sharing the room with 2 adults is free of charge.
For the first time in 2022 we managed that one adult with one child in double room will pay a single room price.
Families with 2 children may stay only in larger rooms (Junior Suites). There are a limited number of these rooms in the hotel and they are on request.
If you come by car and you want to use the closed hotel parking - for our guests the hotel offers a special price of 12€ per day (regular price is 15€)
Parking arrangements are managed directly between the guests and the hotel.
If the travel is cancelled 2 weeks before the tournament we don't charge any fee.
(So by the cancellation before 6 may the paid sum is fully refundable)
Starting 2 weeks before the tournament we charge (as we are self charged ) as a cancellation fee the cost of 1 night.
Starting 3 days before arrival - 2 nights
And by No show (and so the maximum) - 3 nights.
Normally we will start to send invoices in february.
Dutch participants will receive also payment link to pay with iDeal.
From other countries you should use (SWIFT) bank transaction. Only in exceptional cases we will accept payment in cash or by CC.
All guests are being met at the airport by the representatives of the organisation and brought to hotel.
And after the tournament back from the hotel to airport.
The detailed procedure of transfers will be sent by e-mail about 1 week before the arrival.
In exceptional cases (in order to avoid waiting time) organisation may use for the transfer public transport. Also in this case the guest will be accompgnied to the bus and met in Salou upon arrival (or fullly informed how to do it best)
During breakfast, guests can enjoy a variety of complimentary drinks including coffee, tea, various juices, and milk.
Drinks during lunch and dinner are not complimentary. You can order from a selection that includes water, wine, and other beverages. These are paid services, and the charges are to be settled at the restaurant entrance when you leave.
This practice is typical in Spain, where guests pay for lunch and dinner drinks separately while enjoying complimentary beverages at breakfast.
For the guests who need visa support we have a strict procedure with divergent payment and cancellation conditions.
Most of the Corona measures were released in the last time. We hope that remains so. But as we always mentioned in the edition of 2022 - if there are some requirements (for example vaccination or testing), we as an organization and guests must respect these.
